Gear Up & Get Ready: Your adventure begins immediately at our base camp. Before hitting the trail, we will fit you with your helmet, life vest, and high-intensity headlamp so you are fully prepared from step one.
The Rainforest Trek: Fully geared up, you’ll embark on an educational 30-minute nature walk to the cave entrance, learning about the local ecosystem along the way.
The Cave Entrance: Arriving at the cave mouth, there is no waiting around or wrestling with straps—you are already packed and ready to splash right into the water!
The Underground Float: Turn on your headlamp and glide into the underworld. You will float through the caves while your expert guide shares insights into the natural geology, unique rock formations, and ancient history.
Local Sit-Down Lunch: After drying off, we finish the day with a delicious, authentic Belizean lunch.

Make it a full day of adventure by adding our Jungle Zip Line experience. We normally tackle the zip line canopy tour first, soaring through the treetops for a bird’s-eye view of the rainforest. After your adrenaline rush, we gear up for the cave tubing portion and wrap up the afternoon with our local lunch.

Complimentary Hotel Pickup: Free pickup is included for all hotels and accommodations within a 10km radius of San Ignacio Town.
Central Meeting Location: Staying outside our pickup zone or coming from out of town? Meet us at our easy-to-find central hub: the Cayo Welcome Center in San Ignacio.
Please confirm your pickup location at the time of booking so we can coordinate your exact departure time.
👟 What to Bring & Wear
To ensure a comfortable and safe trip, please come prepared with the following:
Swimwear and lightweight, quick-dry clothing
Sturdy water shoes or sneakers with good grip (flip-flops are not allowed on the hike)
A dry change of clothes and a towel for after the tour
Eco-friendly insect repellent and sunscreen
Waterproof camera or a dry bag for your personal item
🛑 Physical Requirements & Guidelines
Fitness Level: Moderate. Participants must be able to walk at a steady pace for 30 minutes over uneven jungle terrain while wearing their tour gear.
Children: Minimum height requirement is 40 inches (to safely fit the tubes and zip line harnesses).
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes or secure water shoes are mandatory for both the hike and the zip line.
